- 20% to assessing and coaching executives
- 20% to writing videos and books
Geoff is CEO of the world’s premier executive assessment and coaching firm. Geoff’s firm devotes:
- 70% of its time to assessing/coaching executives
- 20% to training and speeches
- 10% to videos and writing.
Geoff’s first book, Street Smart Hiring, will soon be published by Random House.
Brad and Geoff are jointly featured in the 7-hour Topgrading DVD. Both their companies use basically the same Topgrading methods.
