Although Topgrading Professionals interview candidates for hire or promotion to top jobs, since the year 2000 (when the GE case study was published) we’ve been the only company that trains all managers in a company to do their own Topgrading Interviews, to Topgrade their own team.
When companies roll out Topgrading, all managers are trained in Topgrading Workshops. All 12 Topgrading methods are covered. However, the most valuable training comes from managers conducting a Topgrading Interview, coached by a Topgrading Professional in the workshop.
